By visiting https://mypay.dfas.mil/mypay.aspx, you can
view your Leave and Earning Statements (LES), and your
National Guard W-2. This is also where you will start
resolving pay issues.
To see your most recent LES, or one that is soon to be
sent, simply click on the "Leave and Earning Statements
(LES)" link after logging in. You can choose which LES to
view by clicking on the "view other LES" tab in the top
right corner of the LES.
To view your W-2, simply click on the "Tax Statement
(W-2)" link.
If you are having pay issues, you also need to use MyPay.
You need to print off a copy of your LES and contact your
unit or Recruit Sustainment Program (RSP) Coordinator.
These are the people who input your pay and have access
to the pay system to make corrections for you.
