$20,000.00 Affiliation Bonus:
The National Guard offers a $20,000.00 Affiliation Bonus to prior active duty
individuals who serve in the National Guard for a period of 6 years.
$10,000.00 Affiliation Bonus:
The National Guard offers a $10,000.00 Affiliation Bonus to prior active duty
individuals who serve in the National Guard for a period of 3 years.
Payment Schedule:
$15,000.00 Enlistment Bonus:
The National Guard offers a $15,000.00 Enlistment Bonus to prior service
individuals who enlist for a period of 6 years.
$7,500.00 Enlistment Bonus:
The National Guard offers a $7,500.00 Enlistment Bonus to prior service
individuals who enlist for a period of 3 years.
Payment Schedule:
Stabilization Tour:
Prior service individuals with less than a 6 month break in service may qualify for a
18 month non-deployment stabilization tour.
"Try One" Enlistment Option:
Many MOS qualified individuals with no remaining military service obligation (MSO)
can qualify for our "Try One" Enlistment Option. No bonuses are available with this
enlistment option.
